Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Parts Clerk at our Candiac (Rive-Sud) location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the mechanical workshop, working closely with the mechanical workshop supervisor.
  • Make contact with clients to sell parts, motors, and services.
  • Ensure the mechanical workshop is properly stocked with parts and materials needed for repairs and maintenance, in collaboration with the workshop supervisor.
  • Search for parts and accessories in catalogs, on computers, or in microfiche.
  • Identify the existence of parts in inventory.
  • Prepare purchase orders when necessary.

Requirements and Profile

  • Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) related to the job offer.
  • Have at least 6 months of full-time experience in similar roles.
  • A combination of relevant experience and training may be considered.
  • Have excellent judgment, autonomy, and professionalism.
  • Be able to resolve problems effectively.
  • Have good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
