Technical Service Representative

At Sani Marc Inc, we are seeking a skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service and equipment director's team, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions to customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer calls and provide technical solutions;
  • Address customer issues to determine the nature and cause of problems;
  • Coordinate with service technicians for interventions if necessary;
  • Inform suppliers, customers, and company employees about policies related to warranties and merchandise returns;
  • Access a database regarding prices and customers to ensure service efficiency;
  • Enter orders into the order management system;
  • Check product availability, manage inventories, and coordinate to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries;
  • Track orders until delivery and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction;
Requirements:
  • Be bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, as the position deals with a fully bilingual clientele;
  • Basic skills in mechanics, electromechanics, and electricity;
  • Experience as a parts counter clerk or technical advisor (an asset);
  • Good communication skills and aptitude for customer service over the phone;
  • Good organizational skills, both in work methods and time management;
  • Respectful and customer-oriented;
  • General knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Office suite);
