Primary Care Physician Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide office-based comprehensive primary care, with the option to include in-hospital care, emergency department shifts, or nursing home care in your practice.
- Work collaboratively with other team members in the practice to best suit the community's health needs.
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities.
- Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members.
- Emergency department coverage would be a great benefit to the community.
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
- Emergency department experience is an asset.
- College of Family Physicians of Canada ER certification would be considered an asset.
