Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at OKANAGAN ROYAL PARK INN LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Hospitality industry
  • Tasks:
    • Supervise other workers
    • Train other workers
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Perform data entry
    • Provide customer service
    • Recruit and hire staff
    • Maintain and manage digital database
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Technical Terminology: Business
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
  • Personal Suitability:

  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
