Key Responsibilities- Customer Care and Satisfaction: Provide proactive advice and consultancy to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Operational Support: Promote pro-active and consistent engagement with our Operational Care Centre (OCC) to ensure seamless operations execution.
- Shipping Expertise: Understand standard specific shipping requirements and consistently offer best solutions to customers.
- Quote Facilitation: Efficiently facilitate customers' ability to obtain quotes for any business mode that is the best fit for their shipment.
- Information Provision: Become the resource of timely and relevant information that may impact customers' business, enabling them to adjust planning, budgets, etc., to mitigate their risk.
- 2+ years of experience in Sea Logistics Imports and Freight Forwarding
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
