About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our Sea Logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive advice and consultancy to customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
  • Ensure high-quality information transition to the Operational Care Centre to reflect the level of quality each new customer expects from a premier organization.
  • Facilitate solutions with appropriate counterparts, follow up consistently, and document issues to create a 360-degree view of the customer.
  • Guide customers through Kuehne+Nagel's online tools to support their goals and objectives.
  • Document, investigate, and resolve customer concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure compliance with Kuehne+Nagel's QSHE processes and requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or similar field.
  • 3+ years of Sea Logistics Imports and Freight Forwarding experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel).
  • Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), CIFFA I + II certificates is considered an asset.
