LE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of grounds maintenance, landscape construction, and outdoor space management.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
- Organize and direct landscape construction projects, including deck and wall construction.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, materials used, and equipment maintained.
- Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in outdoor conditions.
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
LE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE offers a hybrid work environment with a permanent position. The work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week, and the primary language of work is English.
