Landscaping Manager

Mirage Landscaping Incorporated is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 people and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties.
- Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement plans for maintaining our clients' outdoor spaces, including lawn care, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction.
- Requisition and Order Materials: Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for our landscaping operations.
- Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Create and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, hot, cold/refrigerated.
- Work Setting: Urban area, various locations.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license, vehicle supplied by employer.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients.
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team member to ensure successful project outcomes.
