Landscaping Manager

Mirage Landscaping Incorporated is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our landscaping crew, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, Supervise, and Schedule Staff: Lead and manage a team of landscaping professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive grounds maintenance plans, taking into account the specific needs of our clients and their properties.
- Plan, Manage, and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscape construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Source and procure the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support our landscaping operations.
- Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice, and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Identify and address any issues that may arise during landscaping operations, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to ensure that our landscaping crew is working efficiently and effectively.
- Clean Snow and Ice from Walkways and Parking Areas: Ensure that our clients' properties are safe and accessible during winter months by clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work alongside our landscaping crew to ensure that tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- 3-4 Years of Experience: Proven experience in landscaping supervision, with a strong track record of leading and managing teams.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, as you will be responsible for transporting equipment and supplies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
