Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Dr Shake healthy fruit shakes, juices and drinks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including short order cooking and food preparation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Initiative and dependability.
