Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our team as the CEO Office Director. This is a senior leadership role that will play a critical part in advancing the mandate of the CEO's office and the overall organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple programs on behalf of the CEO and serve as the primary interface for executive team matters.
  • Act as a liaison for the CEO, removing barriers and resolving issues hindering corporate performance.
  • Manage strategic initiatives under the purview of the CEO, lead office staff, and ensure effective management committees, activities, and practices across the organization.
  • Aid in long-term planning of the CEO's priorities and scheduling, and update and monitor policies and procedures set by the CEO.
  • Interface with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team, requiring discretion and finesse to represent the CEO Office effectively.
Requirements
  • Deep commitment to advancing reconciliation, equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility in all its forms.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, with a business degree or MBA considered an asset.
  • Several years of experience as a department leader, Chief of Staff, or Senior-Level Business Partner in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and driving outcomes, with a leadership style that balances political astuteness, decisiveness, polish, and humour.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage volume and competing priorities.
