About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Leadership Director to join our Enterprise Strategy team at Manulife Insurance Malaysia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement, leveraging data-driven insights and analysis.

  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to achieve strategic objectives, championing the development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategies.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery and realization of business benefits.

  • Communicate and present key insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving business outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners, to drive strategic alignment and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategy function within a large multi-national corporation.

  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering business results, with a strong understanding of enterprise strategy methods and intent.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate strategically and think critically.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive business outcomes.

  • Ability to work effectively in diverse environments and cultures, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
