About the Role

Cascade Powersports Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales targets are met
    • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to improve performance
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
    • Identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent Cascade Powersports Inc. in sales and business development activities
    • Communicate sales strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of sales leadership experience
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
