Job Summary

The Sales Service (Stock/Cashier) position is a critical role in our company's ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing physical assistance in moving merchandise between sales and stock areas, handling general inquiries, and performing general housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing sales transactions.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time, with frequent bending and reaching.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
