Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Operations: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a fast-paced environment.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement, and ability to multitask.
