About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols.
