Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Expo Team Lead to join our team at Banff Hospitality Collective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Expo team and ensuring that orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Expo team and ensure that orders are presented correctly and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared and presented correctly.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Expo or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
