Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Winnipeg Global Education College. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including budget and expenditure planning.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our staff, students, and external partners.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions
