Overview: We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations and strategic direction within the business services and communications sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial management and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate resources effectively, including materials, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs to achieve these goals.
- Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or appoint delegates as necessary.
- Select and empower middle management and executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions and delegating appropriate authority.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, and oversee the formulation and approval of promotional strategies and human resources planning.
- Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced atmosphere requiring attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
Compensation:
- Salary: $85.50 per hour, based on a 35-hour work week.
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time.
