IFA Administrator / Trainee Paraplanner - Cranbrook

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator/Trainee Paraplanner to join their team based in Cranbrook, Kent. As a key member of the financial services team, you will provide administrative support to financial advisors and paraplanners, ensuring seamless client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the paraplanning team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, paraplanners, and other team members to provide exceptional client service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the paraplanning department.
  • Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information in accordance with data protection policies.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support financial advisors in ongoing advice.
  • Document ongoing advice and prepare accurate and comprehensive reports based on information provided by paraplanners and financial advisors.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to regulatory standards and internal compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated commitment to upholding high ethical standards and handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, as calls to providers/advisers will form part of this role.
