College of the Rockies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to lead the Financial Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting, and working closely with budget officers to achieve financial goals. The ideal candidate will have an Accounting designation and a minimum of five years of experience in a director-level financial management role. They will also possess advanced knowledge of public/government financial practices, budgeting, and investment principles. The College offers a comprehensive range of benefits, including a defined pension, generous vacation entitlements, and health and dental plan. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual salary increases within and above the starting range through demonstrated performance.
