Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Spring Living is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our retirement communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to our retirement communities, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with our senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • University degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Yardi preferred.
