About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Representative to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling incoming inquiries, and setting up new claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional technical support services to our Claims Adjusters through telephone claims
- Maintain data quality and service levels within the department
- Handle high-volumes of requests in a timely manner
- Work with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education (College or University)
- 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Team-first mentality
