Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer Consultant for our Youth Justice Program. This role is vital in fostering partnerships with our affiliates to ensure the effective rollout and ongoing success of our initiatives. You will provide essential guidance, technical support, and clinical insights to facilitate program implementation.
Your Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Coordinate and conduct training sessions, utilizing comprehensive manuals and engaging presentation techniques to ensure effective learning.
- Support and Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to affiliate sites, addressing inquiries, providing direction, and troubleshooting challenges to maintain program integrity.
- Documentation Maintenance: Assist in the development of training materials and track all related activities using our implementation tools.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with affiliate sites to monitor program effectiveness and facilitate evaluations that measure training impact.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a background in social services or clinical practice, with experience in the youth justice sector. You should be adept at utilizing technology for training purposes and have a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
