Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our global initiatives aimed at transforming the work of our Human Capital Management (HCM) department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide change management support on global initiatives to transform the HCM department.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to inform strategic recommendations on change approach, including engagement activities, communications, training, and go-live support.
  • Support Project Leads in distilling complex information into digestible and meaningful content for various forums, including executive talking-points and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Prepare and support Change Management Lead meetings with internal and client forums to various stakeholders.
  • Support team members and change champions across multiple teams and locations.
  • Ensure a consistent change management approach is used across regional projects, tailored for individual project needs.
  • Lead administrative organization, including meeting scheduling, forum planning, and workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced change management and project management skills.
  • University degree and/or 2-4+ years of Change Management or Project Management experience.
  • Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels.
  • Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Strong business writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.
  • Overall experience in hands-on change management.
  • MS- PowerPoint, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.
