Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a Change Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change management initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful transition of employees to new processes and systems.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify and engage key stakeholders in the change management process.
- Develop and deliver communication plans to ensure that employees are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Recognized training and/or certification in change management (PROSCI, CCMP, CMS, etc.).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of successful change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
