We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at The Old Spaghetti Factory. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English as the primary language of work
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
