Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Emerald Culinary Club and Catering Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Instruct and supervise cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months, with a focus on permanent positions
- Language: English
- Work hours: 40 hours per week
- Cook Trade Certification
