We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dana Pani Indian Cuisine Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate and manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement new menu items, recipes, and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu launches.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing kitchen operations, including food costs, labor, and inventory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
