Job Description for Executive Chef at Hyack Sushi

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hyack Sushi. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Order supplies and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
