Bilingual Risk Assessment and Reporting Coordinator

At Johnston Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Risk Assessment and Reporting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Chambers Plan Administration Services department, you will play a vital role in reporting, rate assessments, and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver standard and ad hoc reports through careful analysis and data collection from various sources.
- Assist advisors in determining rates for new and existing businesses, and provide support in the renewal process.
- Be involved in the creation and maintenance of booklet wording.
- Improve and develop processes, and take the lead on projects independently.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and French.
- Previous experience working in a customer service role.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven experience working with Excel.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology, programs, and processes.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge in SQL statements is considered an asset.
