Bilingual Risk Assessment and Reporting Coordinator

This role serves as a vital link between advisors and internal team members of Chambers Plan Administration Services department to assist in reporting, rate assessments and renewals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering standard and ad hoc reports through careful analysis and the collection of data from varying sources.

Key responsibilities include assisting advisors with determining rates for new and existing businesses, providing support in the renewal process, and being involved in the creation and maintenance of booklet wording. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated to improve and develop processes and be able to take the lead on projects independently.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and French
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven experience working with Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technology, programs and processes
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge in SQL statements is considered an asset
