The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering standard and ad hoc reports through careful analysis and data collection
- Assisting advisors with determining rates for new and existing businesses
- Providing support in the renewal process and creating and maintaining booklet wording
- Improving and developing processes, taking the lead on projects independently
Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and French
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven experience working with Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology, programs, and processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge in SQL statements is considered an asset
Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only. The interview process will include Excel testing.
