The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality reports, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering standard and ad hoc reports through careful analysis and data collection
  • Assisting advisors with determining rates for new and existing businesses
  • Providing support in the renewal process and creating and maintaining booklet wording
  • Improving and developing processes, taking the lead on projects independently

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and French
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proven experience working with Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to multitask and handle competing priorities
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technology, programs, and processes
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge in SQL statements is considered an asset

Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office only. The interview process will include Excel testing.
