Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Tracx Systems Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and information systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Perform usability testing to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and identify defects.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Agile methodologies.
    • Jira and Atlassian Confluence.
    • Microsoft Visio.
    • Manual testing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors.

Work Environment
