About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at 24192995 Alberta Ltd. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
  • User Training: Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Knowledge Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • System Development: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software, contributing to the improvement of our technical infrastructure.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring seamless operations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and sitting for extended periods.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in information technology.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and technical teams.
  • Work Schedule: The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for growth and development.
