About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Tracx Systems Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and ensure that our products and solutions meet their business needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Perform usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Agile methodologies and experience with Jira, Microsoft Visio, and Atlassian Confluence.
  • Manual testing skills and experience with testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
