About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at 24192995 Alberta Ltd. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and software.
  • Research and Implement Solutions by consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • Offer Advice and Training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use technology effectively.
  • Collect and Maintain a Problems and Solutions Log for use by other technical support analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Participate in Application Redesign and software development, contributing to the improvement of our technology infrastructure.
  • Provide Business Systems, Network, and Internet Support to users, addressing their technical needs and ensuring seamless operations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Sitting for extended periods is a requirement, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
