As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to oversee our high-value accounts, including governmental and municipal clients, while also managing relationships across various channels. Your effectiveness will hinge on your capacity to cultivate and sustain robust customer partnerships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • May oversee accounts across multiple countries
  • Establish and nurture effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision-makers, including C-suite executives
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance account share
  • Responsible for the growth and profitability of assigned accounts
  • Utilize sales tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Adhere to established sales processes

Your Skills:

  • Strategic mindset to align with client objectives and drive business outcomes.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, across both Mac and PC platforms
  • Communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Capable of presenting effective solutions

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management preferred
