Strategic Accounts Specialist (Hybrid)
Strategic Accounts Specialist (Hybrid)As a Strategic Accounts Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to oversee our significant accounts, including governmental and municipal entities, or to manage relationships across various channels. Your effectiveness will hinge on your capability to cultivate and sustain robust customer connections.

Your Responsibilities:
- May oversee accounts across multiple countries
- Establish and nurture effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision-makers, including C-suite executives
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance account share
- Responsible for the growth and profitability of the assigned account portfolio
- Utilize sales tools such as Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Adhere to established sales processes
Your Skills:
- Strategic mindset to align with client objectives and drive business outcomes.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office, across both Mac and PC platforms
- Communicate effectively with key internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Capable of presenting effective solutions
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and customer relations preferred
