Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with global clientele to manage group and individual hotel bookings through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate favorable rates and terms for clients.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing accounts to enhance service delivery.
