Position Overview

The Food Concession Supervisor at Saffron Hub plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Compile and submit reports on operational performance.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
