About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at SAMAYRA FOODS INC. as a Food Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen facilities and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
