As a key member of our sales and maintenance team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas for allocated regions
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to maximize recurring business
  • Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences, and other promotional opportunities
  • Work with the team to find optimal solutions for customers and IMP Group
  • Gather market information and share with colleagues to maintain competitiveness
  • Maintain records of prospects, leads, customer contacts, wins, and losses on CRM database
  • Document and submit customer requests for quotation to the Estimating team
  • Follow up on quotes with customers towards closure
  • Participate in the development of the sales strategic plan, sales process optimization, and sales tactics development
Requirements:
  • Aircraft technical school graduate
  • AME License (M2 E preferred)
  • Aircraft Maintenance or Sales Environment
  • Knowledge of Business Jet maintenance schedules and/or sales environment (an asset)
  • 5 years of sales/marketing/technical experience and/or aviation technical knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience of business jet heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and avionics (an asset)
  • Computer literate and Web-savvy (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Valid passport with no restrictions
  • Available to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with superior interpersonal skills
  • Able to build lasting relationships with customers and clients
