Aircraft Sales Manager

At IMP Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aircraft Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing new relationships with customers, nurturing existing ones, and identifying and capturing new opportunities in business aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed yearly sales quotas for allocated regions (N America / Europe)
  • Establish new customer relationships and grow customer base
  • Nurture current customer relationships to maximize recurring business
  • Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional or national promotional opportunities
  • Work with the team to find optimal solutions for customers and IMP Group
  • Gather market information and share with colleagues to maintain competitiveness
  • Maintain record of prospects, leads, customer contacts, wins & losses on CRM database
  • Document and submit customer requests for quotation to the Estimating team
  • Follow-up on quotes with customer towards closure
  • Participate in the development of the sales strategic plan, sales process optimization, and sales tactics development.

Requirements:

  • Aircraft technical school graduate
  • AME License (M2 E preferred)
  • Aircraft Maintenance or Sales Environment
  • Knowledge of Business Jet maintenance schedules and/or sales environment (an asset)
  • 5 years of sales/marketing/technical experience and/or aviation technical knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience of business jet heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications and avionics (an asset)
  • Computer literate and Web-savvy (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Salesforce experience
  • Valid passport with no restrictions
  • Available to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with superior inter-personal skills
  • Able to build lasting relationships with customers and clients
