At IMP Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Evaluate service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and other technical documents to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare quotes for future maintenance and review with the maintenance production manager.
  • Participate in scheduled heavy maintenance and provide AOG support as needed.
  • Ensure the use of approved equipment and materials and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
  • Generate maintenance task cards and support the maintenance production manager with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in hangar activities, including aircraft movements, equipment maintenance, and facility maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid AME license category M2 with 5-8 years of experience.
  • Be available to work shifts as needed during major projects.
  • Have sound troubleshooting skills and computer skills to enable interrogation and downloading of information from aircraft and their engines.
  • Have previous experience in corporate aviation and a valid passport.
  • Meet the minimum grade 12 requirement and have completed a Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance Technical training program.
