Aircraft Sales and Service Manager

At IMP Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Sales and Service Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in business aviation sales and maintenance to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas for allocated regions, ensuring long-term mutually beneficial partnerships between customers and IMP Group's MROs.
  • Nurture current customer relationships to maximize recurring business and achieve yearly sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to find optimal solutions for customers and IMP Group, gathering market information to maintain competitiveness.
  • Document and submit customer requests for quotation to the Estimating team, following up on quotes with customers towards closure.
  • Participate in the development of the sales strategic plan, sales process optimization, and sales tactics development.

Requirements:

  • Aircraft technical school graduate.
  • AME License (M2 E preferred).
  • Aircraft Maintenance or Sales Environment.
  • Knowledge of Business Jet maintenance schedules and/or sales environment (an asset).
  • 5 years of sales/marketing/technical experience and/or aviation technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience of business jet heavy maintenance, aircraft modifications, and avionics (an asset).
  • Computer literate and Web-savvy (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Valid passport with no restrictions.
  • Available to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with superior inter-personal skills.
