Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Unit Supervisor to oversee our kitchen operations at McDonald's Restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports.
Supervision

This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 kitchen and food service helpers.
