Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Persson Food Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
