We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
