Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in enhancing and maintaining customer relationships through efficient and professional customer service. You will be responsible for performing service, preventative maintenance, and installation of Pepsi and customer-owned equipment, including fountain, coolers, vendors, and icemakers. This is a dynamic and fast-paced service team environment where you will have the opportunity to improve service department teams' targeted measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service, preventative maintenance, and installation of Pepsi and customer-owned equipment, including fountain, coolers, vendors, and icemakers.
• Deliver and assist with the delivery of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade.
• Utilize and maintain trade tools and specialized testing equipment, such as electrical multi-meters and refrigeration diagnostic tools.
• Complete invoices, settlement sheets, and related paperwork through hand-held computers and/or a manual paper process.
• Maintain parts and equipment inventory.
• Prepare marketing equipment for deployment.
• Perform all service/maintenance/installation requirements to meet customers' service requirements to company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Holding a Refrigeration Journeyman ticket is considered an asset.
• Customer service orientation, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Ability to safely move heavy vending/cooling equipment, meeting the physical demands of the role, which include but are not limited to: lifting/carrying
